At Desi Dwellings, we prepare our products with care and pack them responsibly. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.
Returns or replacements may be considered only if:
The product is damaged during transit
You receive an incorrect item
Reporting an Issue
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos of the product and packaging
Replacement or Refund
Once we review and verify the issue:
A replacement will be sent or
A refund will be processed to the original payment method
Refunds, if approved, are usually processed within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Opened or partially used food products
Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
Orders reported after the 7-day window
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
